A Simple, Yet Effective Medicaid Reform For All States

In a hearing that considered a Federal Government Medicaid bailout for cash-strapped states, Jim Frogue of the Center for Health Transformation gave some very clear concise suggestions for effective reform.  The reforms Frogue suggests are a first step for any state that wishes to serve its Medicaid recipients better.  "You can't manage, what you can't measure."
